How is 10,000% loot possible?

We increase all loot's spawn chance by 10x (the highest possible) using basic server settings; so for example if a loot's spawn chance was 10%, it becomes 100%. We also increase all searchable loot's spawn chance by another 100x using advanced server settings, which raises spawn chances by up to 1,000% (100x of 10x of 1%). The game and basic logic clamp the chance for anything at 100%, but we also increase all searchable loot's spawn quantity (different than chance) by 10x and adjust all loot durability and fullness to be at least 50% using further advanced server settings; which comes out to at least 100x loot (10x of 10x, a.k.a. 10,000%).
